THE PROCESS:
You place your order and the team at Gutsy Girls will get in touch to confirm your screening date and prefered file delivery format.
WHAT YOU GET:
- Images and copy to promote your event.
- MP4 (ie run from a laptop) screenings will receive a link to download the film files and license agreement.
- Cinema screenings the film files will be sent directly to the cinema of your choice.
- Film introduction notes.
- A license fee to screen the program once.
It is important to note that the film files are not to be copied and can only be screened once. The films may not be duplicated or digitally shared after the event.
TOP TIPS:
CINEMA SCREENING: When you make your enquiries with cinemas ensure you tell them that you will be supplying the content – that way you don’t have to pay them for the movie. You can tell them that the DCP files will be delivered via the SHARC digital download system.
For MP4 shows ensure the files are copied to the harddrive of the computer that is connected to the projector. Do not play them from an external hard drive or usb drive.
